Hi , welcome to my page . Someething you might want to know about me . I was born and raised in the city of Oryol, Russia — a place that shaped both my drive and my humility. I hold two master’s degrees: one in linguistics and cross-cultural communication, which refined my sensitivity to language, tone, and meaning; the other in civil law, which continues to serve me today in negotiations and the fine print of every transaction.
For over a decade, I worked in business aviation — a field where excellence, discretion, and emotional intelligence are not optional, but expected. It gave me a deep understanding of client service at the highest level, as well as the ability to navigate fast-paced, high-stakes environments with calm precision.
Later, I taught in schools — an experience that taught me how to make complex ideas simple, and how to connect with people on a human level.
In 2017, I moved to the United States. In 2021, I bought my first home here — an emotional, empowering journey that inspired me to become a real estate professional. Since then, I’ve helped others buy, sell, relocate, and invest — not only as an agent, but as someone who truly understands the process from the inside.
I’ve personally moved 21 times and completed six of my own real estate transactions. I know what it’s like to search, to hesitate, to renovate, and to dream. I see potential where others see problems — especially in properties that need vision, creativity, and care.
