My name is Steve Meyers, like many others here in San Diego I'm also a transplant that moved out west from New England.  Having spent my entire life in Connecticut I decided in 2014 that it was time to make a change and escape the brutal New England winters.

I decided to get into real estate because I truly enjoy getting the opportunity to educate and guide home buyers and sellers through the real estate process.  There's a lot that goes into buying and selling a home and have an expert advisor on your side is key in making these life changing decisions.
Whenever I work with a new client I like to make sure that expectations are set so they know exactly what to expect from me, which is why I use the acronym "HOUSE" to display my core values to my prospective clients.

H - Honesty - I will always tell my clients what they need to hear not what they want to hear.

O - Outgoing - I will always go above and beyond for my clients whether that means door knocking a certain neighborhood they would like to live in or mailing homeowners to see who might be interested in selling.  These are just some of the examples of things I've done to go above and beyond for my clients!

U - Under promise and over deliver - Sure any agent can promise everything you want to hear, but what good does that do?  You end up frustrated because what that agent promised you he could not deliver on.  That's never the case with me, I will always tell you what you can expect realistically and will never make promises to you that I don't think I am capable of making.

S - Stressless - Let's face it, moving is stressful!  Whether you're buying or selling it's still the same process, which is why I've developed a streamlined process for my clients to provide them with what I refer to as an Amazon prime 6 star experience.

E - Education/Experience - These two go hand and hand.  Real estate is an ever changing industry and you have to constantly be educating yourself on new laws, taxes and other conditions involved with buying or selling real estate here in San Diego.  I pride myself on knowing this information and being a wealth of knowledge for my clients when they ask me a question regarding real estate.
