About Gregory
I’m Greg Hill, a San Diego REALTOR®, U.S. Navy veteran, community leader, and founder of the San Diego Dream Team Real Estate. Since becoming licensed in 2016, I have built my business around one mission: making the dream of homeownership a reality for individuals and families throughout San Diego County.
Before entering real estate, I worked in finance and education. Those experiences strengthened my ability to explain complex information, solve problems, and guide people through important financial decisions. Today, I combine that background with extensive market knowledge and strong negotiation skills to help first-time homebuyers, military families, veterans, sellers, and investors confidently navigate the real estate process.
As a longtime East County resident, I have firsthand knowledge of La Mesa, Lakeside, Santee, El Cajon, San Carlos, Spring Valley, Lemon Grove, and the surrounding San Diego communities. Whether I’m helping a first-time buyer understand the path to homeownership, assisting a veteran with the VA loan process, or developing a customized marketing strategy for a seller, I provide honest guidance, consistent communication, and personal service from beginning to end.
I’m especially passionate about expanding access to homeownership in underserved communities. As President of NAREB San Diego, I work alongside housing professionals, community organizations, and industry partners to promote democracy in housing and increase Black homeownership. I’m also active with VAREP and serve on professional committees focused on housing opportunities, government affairs, and community advocacy.
I’m honored to have been recognized as a PSAR REAL Award Top 5% Producer and a San Diego Association of REALTORS® Circle of Excellence recipient. However, I measure success by more than awards or transactions. I measure it by the families who receive their keys, the veterans who learn how to use the benefits they earned, and the homeowners who successfully move into the next chapter of their lives.
Outside of real estate, I’m a devoted husband, father of six, and proud grandfather. I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and cheering for the Los Angeles Rams. My personal experiences have taught me that real estate is about much more than buying and selling property—it’s about building stability, creating opportunities, and leaving a legacy for future generations.
