About Ricardo

San Diego real estate broker with almost a decade of experience. I started in real estate the way most people should, by living it. I used my VA loan to buy my first home in 2008, spent years remodeling, renting, and learning what real estate actually does when you use it with intention. I got licensed in 2017 after wholesaling off-market properties since 2015, and I have been working with San Diego buyers and sellers ever since.

Before real estate I served in the United States Marine Corps in aviation and as a recruiter. That background taught me precision, accountability, and what it means to put someone else's outcome before your own comfort.
